1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Brand Success Program (the “Program”) organized by Carmel Cosmetics Labs. By submitting an application for this Program, participants accept these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
– Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
– Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
– The competition is open to participants of all nationalities, subject to legal restrictions in Morocco.
– Participants must reside in Morocco.
– Participants can be entrepreneurs, students, skin care and hair care professionals, or anyone with a viable product idea.
– Participants must not own a cosmetics brand. The idea of the competition is to give beginners a chance to get started.
– Participants must be able to finance the logistics, marketing and distribution of their product. Costs incurred by the participant in marketing and making the project a success will be the participant’s responsibility. Carmel Cosmetics Labs will intervene without any obligation of result.
– Proof of financial capacity may be required.
– Employees of Carmel Cosmetics Labs, their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
– Entrants must not have previously received an award or support from Carmel Cosmetics Labs for the same project or product.
– Participants must consent to Carmel Cosmetics Labs using their name, image and project details for promotional purposes.
– Participants must ensure that their product proposal complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to safety, health and environmental standards.
– Product proposals must be the original work of the participants and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
– Participants undertake to register their products and activities with the Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Directorate.
– Participants must accept all terms and conditions of the Brand Success Program, including any future modifications.
